Lutheran Campus Ministry turns 100

Did you know that Lutheran Campus Ministry is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year?  Did you know that it all started with the call of the Rev. Howard Gould to serve at the University of Wisconsin - Madison?

Find out more about LCM here.

Thanks be to God!

"Living in God's Amazing Grace: Thanks be to God!" has been the synod assembly theme for 2007, and Presiding Bishop Hanson's synod assembly video has been a popular part of those assemblies. The bishop shows how God is active in the world through the ELCA by going to places where this church, through generous mission support, is making a difference: Puerto Rico, the Gulf Coast, the Holy Land and elsewhere.

You can view a video of some of the ELCA's work around the world right here.

Grace Matters is a radio ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.  Hosted by Peter Marty, the weekly half-hour program addresses interesting and lively topics from the standpoint of faith.

Unfortunately, there is no local outlet for Grace Matters in the Madison area.  However, you can listen to Grace Matters each week right through your computer.

Click here  or here to go to the Grace Matters page.  You will find several ways to listen to each week's program.
