Souperbowl of Caring - Looking for a way to serve the community? Join RIOT in holding soup kettles after each of the worship services as we participate in the youth service project "Souperbowl of Caring." All proceeds will go locally to Joining Forces for Families, a subsidiary of the Sunshine Place.

Sunshine Supper - OSLC is partnering with the other churches in Sun Prairie to offer a weekly meal to those in need in the community. OSLC will sponsor the meal on Monday, February 20 from 4:30-6:30pm. Sign up to help serve this meal. The sign-up will be on the youth and family table.

Laser Tag - There are two opportunities this spring to play. The first opportunity is on Friday, January 27. RIOT has been challenged by the St. Als youth Group. Be at OSLC at 6pm and we will car pool to the Westside. Cost is $10. Also, join chaos in this popular event on Sunday, April 1. We will leave the church by 1pm and return by 3:30pm. The cost is $10. Adult chaperones and drivers are needed and play free. Sign up and pick up a permission slip on the youth and family table.

"Our Town" HS Play - Meet at the HS PAC at 1:30pm. Sit together for the 2pm showing of the high school play. The cost for students are around $5 and you can purchase tickets prior to the event or at the door. Parents pick up after the play at the high school.

RIOT Communion Assistants and Lector - Once a month on the second Sunday at the 10:30 worship service, RIOT youth have the opportunity to serve as communion assistants and lectors (reading the lessons). See the sign up on the youth table or see Brett if you are interested.

Culinary Culture night - Yes it is back. On this night we will learn and cook our way through a new country. Afterwards, we EAT! See where God is in the world and learn how our fellow Christians in other countries grow in their faith.

LYO Board - This is your high school representatives for our synod. Our church is one of 146 churches in our synod and youth from across our synod elected a board to set events and bring us information about what opportunities RIOT youth might have out there in our synod. Our Savior's has 3 RIOT youth reps on the board, which meets once a month during the school year. Heidi Wagner is the President, Miriam Valley and Brittany Smith are also reps.

Family Movie Night - This event is held once a month for the past 3 years for anyone in the congregation. Come and join Brett for some of the latest release movies...and popcorn. Sign up on the bulletin board by the library and stairs.

National Youth Gathering Lock-in - This is a lock-in for the 24 hs youth and 4 chaperones attending the National Youth Gathering in New Orleans next July. We will begin at 7pm until 7am. We will get to know each other better, discuss housing, covenant and group build. This is an important event if you are going on the trip.
National Youth Gathering Celebration - If you are attending the NYG we will get together with all of the other youth from our synod at Lutherdale Bible camp for a day of group building, workshops and more. The date is tentative and TBD. See Brett for details.

RIOT works the Sun Prairie Mobile Food Pantry - Join your RIOT friends at the Sunshine Place in Sun Prairie as you help bag up and distribute food to those in need for an afternoon and early evening on April 24. Look for the sign up on the youth table for a specific time. See Brett with questions.
